  • GDPR by design

    Data minimization, lawful bases, retention rules and data subject requests are designed into the system. We work under a data processing agreement whenever we handle personal data on your behalf.

  • European Accessibility Act

    Since June 2025 the EAA requires many consumer-facing digital products and services to be accessible. We build and test against EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA.

  • EU AI Act

    The AI Act’s obligations are phasing in. We design AI features with transparency, human oversight and documentation, so you can assess your risk category with confidence.

    Applications can run in EU regions such as Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin or Stockholm on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, or with European hosting providers.

Do you work with companies across Europe?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses across the EU, the UK and the rest of Europe, with a regular overlap window in your business hours, written progress updates and regular demos.

Is the software you build GDPR compliant?

We design software to support GDPR: data minimization, consent, retention, access and deletion requests, EU hosting and a data processing agreement where we handle personal data. Overall compliance also depends on your own processes and documentation.

Can our application be hosted in the EU?

Yes. We deploy to EU regions of AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, or to a European hosting provider if you prefer, in an account you own.
